The material that appears on TradeALease is for informational
purposes only.
Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors
may appear from time to time. Before conducting any transaction, including
but not limited to, the leasing or transferring an automobile lease,
that you've read about on TradeALease, you should confirm with the
leasing company any information (including, where the lease of a vehicle
is concerned, the monthly auto lease payments, inception fees, taxes,
lease term, lease end buyout, excess mileage charge, total allowed
mileage, and actual mileage of the vehicle) that is important to your
decision. TradeALease is not responsible for, and does not guarantee
the performance of, any such goods or services or information.
The Lease Transfer process requires each party to provide information
essential to the transaction. Such information may include an individual
or company's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, Vehicle's
description details, and other information ("User Information").
The TradeALease's Web Site accepts the User Information supplied by
various Users, and TradeALease assumes no responsibility for testing
or verifying the accuracy of such User Information, and does not endorse
or approve of any Leased Asset, or any Current Lessee or Prospective
New Lessee. The User Information is used by TradeALease, the seller
and buyer to contact each other, and the legal owner of the leased
asset ("Lessor") to screen, approve or deny, and facilitate
the Lease Transfer process.
TradeALease's services are available to individuals and business.
Individuals agreeing to be bound by this Visitor Agreement on behalf
of a business must be an officer or agent of such business who is
authorized to form legally binding contracts on behalf of the enterprise
under applicable law. And any such person hereby certifies that is
an officer or agent of such business. TradeALease may also refuse
to provide the Services to anyone or any entity at any time, in our
sole discretion and TradeALease reserves the right to deny use of
this service to anyone who uses the service in manner we consider
inappropriate.
TradeALease respects the privacy of its users. Please take a moment
to review our Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with any material you find on TradeALease, we invite
you to bring to our attention any material you believe to be inaccurate.
Please forward a copy of the material to our Customer Service Manager
(customerservice@TradeALease.com), along with an explanation of your
objection.
If you are an owner of intellectual property who believes your intellectual
property has been improperly posted or distributed via this website,
please notify us by sending email to customerservice@TradeALease.com
For your convenience, TradeALease has made available a variety of
links to other websites, not operated by TradeALease. While TradeALease
encourages you to consult such websites, TradeALease cannot guarantee
the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products
or services provided by these vendors. TradeALease is not responsible
for the products or services these vendors provide.
You release TradeALease and its affiliates from any damages that you
may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against TradeALease,
arising from your purchase or use of such third-party supplied products
and services.

this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use this service
following such changes, you agree to be bound by this agreement, as
modified.
TradeALease may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue
this service, or any portion of this service, at any time.

TradeALease is made available for your personal, non-commercial use
only.
The materials on this site are the property of TradeALease or its
licensors, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws, international
conventions and other copyright laws.
Without limiting the foregoing or expanding any of your rights hereunder
you may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, sell,
create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any on the materials
on TradeALease. You may display and occasionally print a single copy
of any page on the site for your personal, non-commercial use, but
you may not otherwise reproduce any material appearing on this site
without the prior written consent of the owner. With the exception
of using the "Send this page to a friend feature" and/or

INTERACTIVE AREAS
The Message Centers are provided to give users 18 years of age or
older a convenient means of expediting their lease transactions. TradeALease
does not endorse the accuracy of any message transmitted through
the Message Center. Please use your best judgment and be respectful
to other individuals using this forum. Do not use vulgar, abusive,
or hateful language. You may not use the Message Center for advertising
or promotional materials or other forms of solicitation not related
to the applicable Listing Number.
Given the nature of the Service and the volume of messages and listings,
TradeALease cannot monitor all messages transmitted though the Message
Center. However, please contact a TradeALease customer service representative
if you encounter any communication that is obscene, defamatory, or
otherwise unacceptable. TradeALease reserves the right to delete,
move, or edit any communication that it deems in its sole discretion
to be a violation of this Agreement or defamatory or insulting in
any way.
VEHICLE LISTINGS
TradeALease does not review every vehicle listing posted on TradeALease.com.
You may well read any given listing before anyone on the TradeALease
staff does. You can expect these areas to include information and
opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than
TradeALease. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
Responsibility for what is listed in TradeALease lies with each user.
You alone are responsible for material you post. By using TradeALease.com
you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene,
threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material
that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability
of others to enjoy TradeALease. We retain the right to deny access
to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term
of this agreement.
Although TradeALease cannot monitor all the listings in the TradeALease.com
site, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move,
or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable
or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. We will not,
in the ordinary course of business, review the content of private
electronic messages that are not addressed to TradeALease.com. However,
we will comply with the requirements of the law regarding disclosure
of such messages to others, including law enforcement agencies.
You will not use the service to violate the copyright, trademark,
or other intellectual property rights of any person or other entity.
By submitting material to TradeALease, you are representing that you
are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with
the explicit consent of the owner.
REGISTRATION
To obtain access to certain TradeALease.com services, you will be
given an opportunity to register with TradeALease. As part of the
registration process, you will be required to enter an e-mail address
and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that
registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will
not (i) register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service
under the name of, another person; nor will you (ii) adopt a user
name that TradeALease, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. You
will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password
and will notify TradeALease's Customer Service Manager at customerservice@TradeALease.com
of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.
OWNERSHIP OF LISTINGS AND COPYRIGHTS
You hereby grant TradeALease a non-exclusive license to publish all
listings you provide us. TradeALease is not responsible for any damage
or loss to any listings, copy, drawings, and art or any other materials
you provide. You herby agree that by placing a listing on TradeALease,
you hereby grant a license to TradeALease a non-exclusive basis, all
copyrights and other ownership rights in the listing, including the
right to publish, reproduce, display, adapt, transmit, or produce
derivative works in any medium, including any digital electronic medium.
RATES
TradeALease reserves the right to revise rates, terms and specifications
contained in the current listing rates.
PAYMENTS
Credit Card
-We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®,
American Express®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing
address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file
for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing.
Disputed credit card transactions, will be Charged a minimum fee of
a $100.00 plus any collection and/or attorney fees plus court costs.
All our fees are non-refundable.
Vehicle Listing Fee
-All Advertising Listing Fees are non-refundable and vary by the type
of listing.
-You will see the current listing rates when you post your lease.
-In order to get the contact information of Credit-Qualified Buyers
that indicate an interest in taking-over your lease, Deluxe Listing
is Required.
Any request for cancellation will take effect
within 3 business days and should be directed via e-mail to customerservice@TradeALease.com.
All processed and billed listing fees are Non-Refundable.
Full Assumption Program Fee
One time Non-Refundable Fee.
Seller Transaction Fees
To assure a smooth transfer experience and to guaranty that the “Seller”
and the "Buyer" are committed in completing the transfer
of the leased vehicle, “The Company” may collect from
the “Seller” and "Buyer" a one time non-refundable
commitment fee.
Applicant Transaction Fees
To assure a smooth transfer experience and to guaranty that the “Seller”
and the "Buyer" are committed in completing the transfer
of the leased vehicle, “The Company” may collect from
the “Seller” and "Buyer" a one time non-refundable
commitment fee.
REFUND POLICY
Listing Fees
All Processed and billed Listing Fees are non-refundable.
Credit Application Fee
These fees may be processed for your convenience by Credit Verification
Services and are Non-Refundable.
RESPONSIBILITY OF TradeALease
TradeALease shall display the listings submitted by you in TradeALease.com
(the Site) subject to your listing remaining in good standing. Your
listings will be placed in the Site's listing database, which may
be accessed by visitors to the Site. TradeALease reserves the right
to reject and/or remove any listing submitted by you for any reason.
Special positions for your listing(s) are not
guaranteed. However, some special positions may be available for a
premium. In our effort to provide you with committed and suitable
take-over candidates, we may require candidates to undergo a pre-screening
process. Please note that these are TradeALease's SOLE responsibilities.
Posting a lease does not guarantee in any way that your lease will
be successfully transferred or that you will not be require fulfilling
your obligations with the leasing company listed as the Lessor on
your lease contract. It is also important to note that our pre-screening
process does not guarantee that the take-over candidate will obtain
the approval of your Finance Company to take over or assume your lease.
For additional fees, TradeALease may, from time to time, offer services
to expedite and enhance you lease transfer experience.
IMPORTANT LEASE INFORMATION
All lease transfers, terminations, and assumptions require the approval
of the Financial Institution listed as the "Lessor" in your
lease contract. Some financial institutions charge fees in connection
with transferring a lease. These fees are separate from any fees paid
by you to TradeALease and are solely YOUR responsibility.
Refund Policies. TradeALease shall only issue you a listing fee refund
in cases where the Lessor listed in your lease contract has a non-lease
transfer policy. Any applicable refund shall be limited to the initial
listing fee(s) paid to TradeALease. Unless specified elsewhere in
this agreement to the contrary, all other fees collected by TradeALease,
including but not limited to, credit application fees, are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT OBLIGAIONS
You guarantee that any listing you submit is truthful and in compliance
with all copyright laws and all other applicable laws and regulations.
You guarantee that you shall conduct yourself ethically in the use
of the Site and in any transaction resulting from said use.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
IF YOU RELY ON THIS SERVICE OR ANY MATERIAL AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS
SERVICE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE DELAYS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS,
INACCURACIES, AND/OR OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS,
AND SERVICES PUBLISHED OVER THIS SITE.
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS." TradeALease AND
ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THE
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH
THE SERVICE (OR ANY INFORMATION, GOODS OR SERVICES THAT ARE REFERRED
TO, ADVERTISED ON, OR SOLD THROUGH THIS SERVICE). NOR DO THEY GUARANTEE
THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, OR
THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TradeALease AND ITS AFFILIATES,
AGENTS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA
OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO
USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS
AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES
PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED
INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR
ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT
OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING
TO THE SERVICE.
YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF TradeALease AND ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS
AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM IN ANY
WAY ARISING OUT OF OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO THE SERVICE FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.
BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THESE
LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
MISCELLANEOUS
No spamming. You agree not to gather any e-mail addresses through
TradeALease.com for purposes of spamming. By submitting material to
TradeALease you are permanently granting TradeALease all rights to
the material, including the right to modify the material, to use it
commercially, and to maintain the material in an archive. This Agreement
has been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws
of, the State of Florida. By using this service, you consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in
Miami-Dade County, Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating
to this Agreement.
I certify that I am an adult (18 years
old (21 years old in some states) have read the Visitor Agreement,
accept all of its terms and conditions and can enter into this Agreement.
